Update: As of May 1, 2001, ePIPO will decrease their payrate from 18 cents per hour to 10 cents per hour due to what they call "Market Conditions". They say the advertising market has taken a nosedive. I personally think it is the way they run the business. I have contacted them a couple times expressing interested in advertising with them with absolutely no response. It doesn't look to me like they are even trying. I will be discontinuing this program after I get my payout here shortly. This is due to low payout rates, high resource usage by the paybar, business ethics, and it just isn't worth my time, effort, and loyalty anymore. I hope you have better luck with this company then I did!
